I’ve got comments for my blog postings from many other students, and learned several things from that comments. Most of all, I could check errors of my writings. Most comments were about what is wrong about my paragraph. They told me how to change it, and I could fix my wrong things. Second, I felt confidence with my paragraphs. Not only students told me what to change, but also did they tell my paragraphs were good. That made me feel confident of my writings. Lastly, I also felt gratitude for reading and correcting my writings. I know this is for assignments, but it surely did take some time to do reading and correcting. I am really thank for that.
2) What have the comments I have posted on other blogs taught me about writing?
Commenting on other students’ blogs taught me three
things. First, I learned to write paragraphs in different ways. I always wrote
paragraphs in the same way, but reading others’ let me realize that there are
many ways to write paragraphs. Second, I developed a sense of responsibility. The
thought that writers of paragraphs will read my comments, and apply my opinion
to their final drafts, led me to have responsibility when commenting on
paragraphs. Third, I learned to read carefully and analyze the paragraph. The reason
is somehow the same with how come I got to develop the responsibility. My comments
need to be helpful for writers, then I have to understand what they are talking
about perfectly. That is why I learned to focus on the paragraph.
